Chickpea, Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry

When my food market customers asked me for a Vegan curry, I was determined to work on a recipe that would please even a carnivore. Result: I ate this curry 3 times in 24 hours, so I'd say that was a success!

Chick peas, red and green lentils, sweet potato & seasonal vegetables from our SOLACE Kitchen organic garden are combined with a secret blend of herbs & spices to make a delish curry that even a meat-lover will love. 

Spice Level = Mild¬†ūüĆ∂

Re-heating Instructions:
Defrost in the microwave or overnight in the refrigerator. Heat slowly until piping hot and then enjoy with rice, crusty bread and a salad (not included). You can buy steamed Jasmine Rice here.
