Free Range chicken drumsticks in a homemade marinade of honey and soy. A definite finger-licking family favourite!

Ingredients: chicken drumsticks, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, fresh garlic and brown sugar
Cooking instructions: Defrost chicken overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Place drumsticks, skin side down in a lightly greased ovenproof baking dish. Pour over marinade and bake for 50-60 minutes, turning drumsticks and basting with marinade halfway through cooking time, or until nicely glazed and cooked completely through.
Serve with cooked rice and steamed greens. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
