I have been a huge fan of soups all my life, not only in winter but during summer too. My family and I are following a low GI and low carb diet so the creation of a low GI and low carb soup was inevitable. This soup have been part of my weekdays meals for months. It is so delicious, nurturing, healthy and comforting!
One serving is 500ml.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, broccoli, red capsicum, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, celery, garlic, carrot, peas (3%), corn (3%), chicken, green chilli, parsley
Reheating Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight. Heat in microwave on high for 4 mins, stir then heat for a further 3 mins.
