Chicken Tikka Masala

A popular preparation from the Indian sub-continent with pieces of yoghurt marinated Chicken cooked in the oven and simmered in a creamy tomato onion sauce with capsicum. This is one of my favourite dishes to order when visiting an Indian restaurant. 

Contains: Milk and Milk Products

Ingredients: Oil, cardamom, green cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, onion, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric powder, deggi chilli powder, coriander powder, tomato, fenugreek leaves, tomato ketchup, sugar, chicken, capsicum.

Reheating Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator over night and reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes, remove and mix and reheat for a further 2 minutes or until heated through. Alternately it can be defrosted and reheated in a pan on the stove top until the sauce comes to a boil and chicken is 75 Degrees core temp.
